New Canteen Rails

You may have noticed that new guide rails have recently been installed in the canteen area to assist students with lining up.

This improvement was introduced in response to observations made last year by our School Improvement Team. The goal is to enhance student safety and promote a calmer, more orderly process while students wait to be served.

We are pleased to share that students have responded very positively to this addition, and our canteen staff have also commented on the smooth transition. We look forward to this continuing to support a safe and efficient canteen experience for everyone.

Sun Smart

In Term 1, our school value focus has been “Care for Yourself by being Sun Smart" in the playground. It has been wonderful to see so many students wearing hats to school and taking responsibility for their own wellbeing.

Our goal is for all students to wear a broad-brimmed hat during Terms 1 and 4, when UV levels are at their highest and most damaging to the skin. Developing these healthy habits early helps protect our students now and into the future.
