Spanish excursion Year 7

"\We're thrilled to share the wonderful experience our Year 7 students had during their recent excursion to explore Latin American culture in Brunswick. The day was filled with vibrant colours, delicious food, and lots of learning opportunities!

First, our group visited Neruda's Brunswick, a Latin American restaurant bursting with authentic flavours and a lively atmosphere. With Spanish-speaking staff, our students had the chance to practice their Spanish skills while enjoying a wide variety of dishes and drinks from different Latin American countries. From empanadas to alfajores, every bite was a journey through Latin American cuisine!

Next on the itinerary was Guzman y Gomez, where our students indulged in delicious Mexican and Tex-Mex food. Whether it was savouring tacos or enjoying churros with rich dulce de leche, everyone found something delicious to enjoy.

Throughout the day, our Year 7s embraced the opportunity to immerse themselves in Spanish culture, exchanging greetings and learning about each dish. It was heartwarming to see them engaging with enthusiasm and curiosity!

We've got some amazing photos capturing these special moments, which we hope you'll enjoy as much as we do. Thank you for supporting our students on this cultural exploration—they've truly made unforgettable memories together."
