Moomba Park  Wetlands visit

Ms Sandra Salmon, Year 7 HUMS teacher and Mr Aidan McLindon, Year 7 coordinator

"This excursion was wonderful and was a great chance to see the wetland. Though we didn't get to see or hear any Growling Grass Frogs, it was a nice walk and on the way back we saw a wallaby! Although cold, it was a beautiful walk".

"On our excursion to the wetland we left the school at about 9am. When we arrived we did a worksheet and ate some chocolate that the teacher supplied. After that we went to the wetland and saw some ducks, a cormorant and heard some frogs. Overall we had a good excursion. Thank you to the teachers for organising the excursion."
