LMR Cross Country
Tuesday, 28th May saw 19 Girton Students travel to St Arnaud for the LMR Cross Country Competition. The sun was shining and the course stayed mostly dry, compared to previous cold and wet years. Out of our 19 students, 13 qualified for the State Competition to be held next Term.
A special mention to Abbey Reid, 10 Jenkin who set the fastest course time for the Girls category, with a time of 11:24 over an approximately 3km course. Abbey was around a minute faster than the next quickest time! Our 15 Girls Team also placed 1st in the Teams category - congratulations girls.
