It’s been a busy and inspiring time in the Wellbeing space lately!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting a group of girls who have been creating vision boards—a powerful way to reflect on their goals and dreams for the future. These sessions have encouraged self-expression, positivity, and a focus on personal aspirations, and it’s been wonderful to see the students engage so thoughtfully with the activity.
We’re also excited to welcome our new Mental Health Practitioner, Tanya, who has joined the team and is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Tanya has hit the ground running, already connecting with a number of students and offering vital support. Her warm and approachable nature has made her a fantastic addition to the Wellbeing team.
With support needs currently high, we want to remind students and families that our door is always open. Whether it’s a quick chat, ongoing support, or help navigating challenges, we’re here to listen and help.
