Shire of Yarra Ranges Youth Summit

On Thursday 20th of March, a small group of Year 10 and 11 students attended a Youth Summit at the Shire of Yarra Ranges in Lilydale. Students participated in a range of activities and provided input and ideas for the council's four year plan and Health and Wellbeing Strategy. 

Students were also able to ask questions of some of the elected council members, including Mayor Jim Child. It was a great opportunity for students to learn more about our local council and share their perspective on the issues that matter most to them.
