on Excursion

GRADE 4 | EXCURSION TO THE MARINE DISCOVERY CENTRE

In Grade 4 Myrtle we recently went on an excursion to the Marine Discovery Centre located at Woodbridge.  This visit linked perfectly with our science unit on living things.   Students loved extending their prior knowledge by engaging with interactive and fun learning activities such as using the underwater camera, looking through microscopes and the virtual reality headsets.  We also were able to feed some fish and sharks in the feed tank and enjoyed exploring in the touch and feel tank.  We had a fantastic day!
