Celebrating Our Grandparents and Special People

What a joyful day last Wednesday was! 

Our recent Grandparents and Special People Day filled the Primary with warmth, laughter, and plenty of proud smiles.

From the moment our guests arrived, it was clear how much this day meant to our students. They were thrilled to welcome their grandparents and special people into their classrooms, eagerly leading them to show off their desks, their latest work, and the spaces where they learn and play every day. Seeing our students beam was a highlight for everyone.

Our classrooms were buzzing with conversation, creativity, and connection. Whether it was sharing a favourite book, making jewellery, participating in a STEM challenge, demonstrating a new skill, or simply sitting side by side, these shared moments created memories that will be treasured for a long time. And the weather certainly made for the most perfect day. 

To all the grandparents and special people who joined us: thank you. Your presence, your time, and your love make such a difference in our students’ lives. You are an important part of our school community, and it was a gift to have you with us.

We are also grateful to our wonderful staff, whose hard work and care helped make the day so welcoming and special.
