Exams, Effort and Well-Earned Breaks

As Semester 1 comes to a close, we take a moment to reflect on an incredibly full and rewarding term. Students will farewell some subjects and warmly welcome the new opportunities of Semester 2 electives, an exciting chance for our students to explore fresh interests and challenges.

A special acknowledgement to our Year 9–11 students who completed exams in Week 9, just one week after the mammoth effort that was PAF. To shift gears so quickly after such a high-energy event is no small feat, and they did so with focus, resilience and determination.

For many, these were their first formal examinations, and the commitment displayed was outstanding. From colour-coded study notes to supporting one another through the pressures of revision, our girls represented themselves with confidence and care. Even when challenges arose - like navigating lockdown browsers - they approached them with resilience and calm.

Our Year 12 students have now moved beyond the halfway mark of their final year. The upcoming break provides an important opportunity for them to reset, dig deep and maintain strong study habits as they prepare for the months ahead.

A reminder that our new reports will be published this week. We hope they roll out smoothly; however, please get in touch if you have any questions or need support.

Thank you to all our students for the steady effort, focus and care you’ve brought to your learning this semester. We look forward to seeing you refreshed for Semester two.
