Communication / Grievance Process

If you would like to communicate with the College, the following steps should be followed: 

 

Step 1:   Make an appointment with your child's Tutor Teacher

 

Step 2:   If the issue is unresolved, make an appointment with the appropriate Year                          Level Leader

 

Step 3:   If the issue is still unresolved, you may need to meet with the Assistant                              Principal for either Year 7, Year 8 & 9 or Year 10, 11 & 12

 

Step 4:   If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you can write to the Principal

 

Step 5:  Make an appointment with the Principal via the Principal's Executive                                   Assistant

 

Step 6:  If the matter is not resolved after Steps 1 - 5, then all correspondence can be                   raised with the South West Regional Office on 9291-6500
