Green Team Newsletter.

Term Two. Week Eight.

We have been a little bit quiet these past two weeks in Green Team. The rain prevented us from doing any planting last week. This week we picked some potatoes and a pumpkin. Unfortunately, the cold weather has had an impact on our pumpkins. They were growing well with the unseasonally warm weather in Autumn, but now the cold has stopped any growth and we will have to clear out this garden bed in the next couple of weeks. We live and learn, which is the fun part of gardening!

We have lots of new seeds to plant next week. 

It is always so lovely to see the enthusiasm and happy faces of our green team students! They work hard and it is such a pleasure to work with them each week.
