Fairytale Dress Up Day

On Tuesday 16 September, the Year One's embraced the magic of fairytales with our Fairytales Dress-Up Day. It was a truly enchanting experience as we came together to celebrate and discuss our favourite stories from Term 3, including The Ugly Duckling, Rapunzel, Rumpelstiltskin, and The Magic Porridge Pot. The children were thrilled to showcase their creativity with an array of fabulous costumes – a sparkling wings, shimmering wands, glittering swords, and more! It was heartwarming to see the joy on their faces as they admired their classmates' outfits and engaged in fairytale-themed activities throughout the day. Students had the chance to make crowns and craft beautiful fairy wands using natural fibres. The highlight of the day was our Fairytale Party, where the children savoured delicious fairy cakes and drank pink lemonade on their handmade fairy tale mats. The dance party wrapped up the festivities with lots of energy, as the children sang and danced to their favourite songs including Golden Song from K-pop Demon Hunters.
