Queensland Representative Cross Country 10-19 years

Congratulations to Lewis Williams who competed at the SSA National Cross Country Championships last week, representing Queensland as one of only two students from the Peninsula Region.

Lewis ran superbly, placing 11th in his individual race and helping his team secure 2nd place overall. He also ran a strong 1500m leg in the relay, with Queensland finishing 2nd in that event.

Queensland went on to win the Cross Country Relay Improvement Shield. Lewis represented St Augustine’s, Peninsula and Queensland with pride.

Peninsula and Queensland Representative Futsal 15-16 years

Well done Jon and Ben who represented the Peninsula U16s team at the State Championships. The team performed strongly, finishing 5th overall. Congratulations to Jon, who was selected for the Queensland U16 Schoolboys Futsal Merit Team!

Strong Performance at National Clubs Gymnastics Carnival

Bastian and River Simpson-Leitner travelled to the Gold Coast during the school holidays to compete at the National Clubs Gymnastics Carnival. Competing together in the Level 7 division, their team faced high-performance squads from across Australia and achieved an impressive 6th place overall. Congratulations, boys!
