STEP - Super Chef

On Friday May 8th, the students from the STEP Super Chef class and the Fast Foods students went on a foodie excursion where we toured some of the eateries in the Melbourne city lane ways, explored the Queen Victoria market and enjoyed a three course lunch and tour at William Angliss Institute. 

 

We enjoyed tasting some of the Brunetti cakes and thoroughly enjoyed the three course fine dining lunch.

 

The William Angliss Institute is a TAFE college which provides many different course options such as certificates and diplomas in cooking, baking, aviation/cabin crew, hotel management/hospitality and restaurant management.

 

 We all  really enjoyed our ‘foodie day’ out  and we are very grateful to our teachers and aide for organising it.
