Like Minds Program: Opportunities for Year 7 & 8 Students at KSC

Like Minds is a selective entry program at Korumburra Secondary College designed for Year 7 and 8 students who want to enhance and extend their learning. The program focuses on developing Enterprize Capabilities—key skills valued by employers such as teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.

Students in Like Minds benefit from a variety of exciting, collaborative learning experiences. Recent activities have included participating in Write a Book in a Day, competing in the Hydrogen Grand Prix, Marketing and Business stalls and exploring The Zoo—all designed to challenge and inspire.

If your child is interested in joining the Like Minds program for 2026, we invite you to submit an Expression of Interest via email to tina.vanthof@education.vic.gov.au by Monday 15th September. Please note, this deadline has been extended by one week.
