Timetables

From Term 4, we are moving our timetabling across to the Clipboard program. An email has been sent to all music students and their parents/carers in relation to the new system.

From Term 4, timetables will no longer be uploaded to the music tile on MazCom.

Note: Students must continue to sign and out at the terminal at Music Reception to fulfill Mazenod’s Duty of Care.

Instrument Storage:

Students are reminded to take home their instruments during term holidays. Maintenance work is often carried out during the break and they need clear spaces.

Semester 2 fees

Semester 2 fees will be emailed prior to the end of Term 3.  If you do not receive your statement in your Inbox, please check your junk/spam email folder.  Please reach out to our Finance Department if you are experiencing any difficulties paying your fees  9560 0911 Option 3 or email: finance@mazenod.vic.edu.au and one of our team will be able to assist you.  A payment plan can be arranged if you require it.

2026 Ensembles:   

Ensemble rehearsals are now scheduled on Clipboard. This is the program that students use for sport.
