Stage 2 Netball update

As the courts and fields have been out of action for a while, the sports segment for this fortnight has given us an opportunity to reflect on how our teams have been going. 

Across the board, it has been wonderful to see teammates turn up promptly for training, eager to develop their skills. In netball, we have developed skills such as moving into spaces to make more players available for a pass and our shooting skills. We have now moved on to drills that help us swiftly move the ball down the court, focusing on our quick passing skills. 

During the game, it has been wonderful to see our team develop and their individual strengths shine through. Iliana, Ellie R, Anna, Rachel, Patrick, David and Owen have proven themselves as very capable shooters, whilst Adele, Eugenie, Eliejah and Benjamin have shown they are very good keepers, able to catch the rebound and quickly deliver the ball back to our team. Celine, Ellie P, Aria, Sophia, Rose, Sharrvesh, James are great at moving into spaces, making themselves available for a pass, whilst Tyler, Ephraim and Caleb have excelled in getting the ball swiftly down the court! 

Great progress indeed, Stage 2 netballers!
