SENIOR GIRLS NETBALL

Wednesday April 23

The LHS Senior Girls Netball teams finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th at Yarra Divison.  The girls we congratulated by the convenor for their respectful and fair play, and for adjusting their game when playing against less experienced teams, to allow enjoyment for all participants.

Despite not having a team that progressed to the next round, all of our players had a great day out representing LHS.

YEAR 8 BADMINTON

Wednesday May 21

We had 22 students represent LHS at the Year 8 interschool badminton competition.

With 5 schools and 15 teams, it was a huge competition, with all students displaying great sportsmanship and teamwork throughout the day.

Our two standout performers were Chloe Palfreyman (8C) and Ethan D'Amico (8A), who demonstrated outstanding skill, determination, and leadership skills.

YEAR 8 FOOTBALL

Wednesday May 21

On Wednesday, LHS had 2 Year 8 boys' football teams compete in the Yarra Division at Kiloran Reserve, Mooroolbark.

The A team WON, and the B team came 2nd in their pool and played off for 3rd, winning the game. Both teams played in great spirits and competed well.

The A team will now play in the Eastern Region competition later this term!

A big thanks to Liam Senti and Braeden Anthony-Digby (Year 12) for coming along and coaching the B team.
