Year 8 Emmaus Retreat

The Year 8 cohort recently participated in their Emmaus Retreat, an experience designed to nurture and support the spiritual development of our students. The retreat was held on Thursday, 30 April at 8.30am and was facilitated by 24:7 Youth Ministry.

Focusing on the theme Stewards of Creation, students were actively engaged in a range of group activities, discussion, and personal reflection. Through these experiences, students were encouraged to deepen their understanding of their responsibility to care for God’s creation and to reflect on how they can live out these values in their daily lives. The Retreat provided a meaningful opportunity for faith formation, connection, and growth within the Year 8 community.
