Science

We are enjoying our new topic for this term – Physics: Forces, Energy and Motion.
All grades have explored what physics is and have participated in investigations exploring force and motion. Students have discovered that an object’s motion can be impacted by factors such as force strength, force type and object characteristics such as size, shape and mass. It has been quite fun working in small groups to investigate these factors.
Students are also engaging really well in the scientific process of making predictions, investigating, recording results, discussing findings and then drawing conclusions. Well done everyone!
Looking forward to further investigations and experiments this term!
Each class enjoyed a little explore time in Science class this week too!
