Attitudes to School Survey (AtoSS)
We value student voice as a means to improving student engagement, wellbeing, and quality instruction, and conducting a survey is one way to find out what our students think of their school.
The Attitudes to School Survey is an annual student survey offered by the Department of Education to assist schools to gain an understanding of students' perceptions and experience of school. Students will be asked about their thoughts and feelings in relation to their school, their learning, peer relationships, resilience, bullying, and health and wellbeing. The survey started this week and will continue in the coming weeks.
Uniform
With the days becoming much colder in Term 2, a reminder to all students and families that only Horsham College uniform should be worn at school. We will be continuing to follow up with students and their families to ensure all students are wearing the Horsham College Council approved uniform.
We are focused on ensuring students are wearing:
Black shoes
College Council approved jackets and or jumpers
College approved long sleeve tops
College approved hats/beanies
We understand that there may be short periods of time when a student is out of uniform. Please provide a signed note in the diary for these short periods of time. Anyone needing assistance is encouraged to contact their relevant year level team members.
