VSC Blood Drive Update

The Schools Blood Drive 2026 continues to run until the end of October. So far, the Vermont Secondary College team has saved a total of 12 lives, through 2 whole blood donations and 2 plasma donations. 

The team itself has grown to 24 members, with hopefully more joining soon. To take part, simply join the Vermont Secondary College Lifeblood Team through the Lifeblood website or App and book an appointment. Use the following QR code to join the team!

I personally was able to squeeze in a plasma donation while my daughter took part in the school’s production. Did you know that plasma can be donated every 2 weeks, where whole blood can only be donated every 12 weeks!
