The Two Foxes and the Crow

There were once two foxes that were really good friends. They spent time together, hunted, played and told each other secrets. They were just inseparable. They thought that they would always be best of friends.

However, one day, a crow came along. The crow became friends with one of the foxes. At first, it was fine, but the fox and the crow would ignore the other fox. The friendship soon drifted apart. The fox became upset that his friend left him for someone else. He tried to fix the friendship, but it never worked out. This made him resent the fox for a long time. However eventually, he forgave his fellow fox and moved on with his life.

Moral: Sometimes forgiveness means accepting that things won't return to how they were.

The Lonely Troll

In the distant past, in a dank sewer, lived a cranky old troll who spent his time asking nonsensical questions to absolutely no one at all.  He spent his days licking moss off walls for sustenance. He spent so much time and went so insane licking these walls that they eventually all corroded around him.

Daylight was finally pouring through into the dark sewer. He was finally free!

However, his time in the sewer had rotted his brain to the core. He was completely mad. As soon as he was free, he went and flattened 5 houses, ending the lives of 27 and injuring three. This is the story of troll Jones.

The police arrived and attempted to tase the big ugly beast, to no avail as troll Jones exclaimed; “You’re only making me madder!”

he proceeded to crush every single one of them.

Then the military showed up in armoured tanks and helicopters, however Jones grabbed a hold of one of the vehicles and swung it wildly in a spinning manner. This had effectively squashed the militia of the entire earth combined.

When he found the last human hideout located on earth, he was shocked. Instead of finding proud soldiers naively rushing to protect their race, he found nothing but pitiful civilians hiding in squalor. He couldn’t handle it, after seeing all the injuries to children he had caused, he took a great mighty barricade and sealed himself back into the sewer.

Because even he thought that he didn’t deserve the sun anymore. And so he hid himself away in the same conditions he had caused the humans to go through never forgiving himself while sealed.

Across The Miles

Sometimes I feel like I’m trapped in a box,

Other days I feel very lost.

Always told what I can and can’t do, I can’t help but feel a little blue.

People say I’ve lost my glow,

But I think that’s helping me grow.

Some days might be bad,

Others could be sad.

But somewhere beyond these cloudy skies,

I started looking with different eyes.

For a little light, a little hope,

A reason to carry on and cope.

I found a smile in a simple hi,

A little light beneath my sky.

Though the miles keep us apart,

Somehow, he feels close to my heart.

A thousand roads, a world away,

Yet he makes my darkest nights okay.

Like finding treasure I never knew,

A piece of the world that led me to you.

And even when the seas get rough,

I tell myself I’m strong enough.

I’ll chase the horizon, wherever it goes,

Even when nobody else knows.

Maybe life’s a Grand Line of its own,

With places I’ve never known.

And if I get lost along the way,

I’ll find my crew at the end of the day.

Because I’ve learned that being free,

Means finding who you’re meant to be.

No matter how far the ocean may grow,

I’ll keep moving forward, even slow.

Maybe I haven’t lost my glow,

Maybe I’m just learning where to let it show.

And though the world can feel so wide,

I’ve got a little light by my side.
