Celebrating Community at Parish Mass  

It was wonderful to gather and celebrate such a beautiful community Mass last Sunday. Together with the communities of Stanhope, Cornella, and Nagambie, the Rushworth Parish came together in a celebration that truly embodied the spirit of faith, connection, and community. 

The Mass was enriched by wonderful music, creating a joyful and prayerful atmosphere for all who attended. During Father's homily, the children enjoyed a special opportunity to gather at the parish house, where they participated in a meaningful activity connected to the Gospel message of the day. 

Following the celebration, everyone was warmly welcomed to share in fellowship and hospitality. A sincere thank you to our generous parish hosts who provided a beautiful, warm space for the community to gather and enjoy delicious soup and sandwiches together. 

Moments like these remind us of the strength of our parish family and the importance of coming together in faith, friendship, and service. 

Prayer of Gratitude  

Loving God, We thank You for the gift of our parish community and for the opportunity to gather together in faith and friendship. We are grateful for all who contributed to this special celebration through their hospitality, music, leadership, and service. Bless our parish families and strengthen the bonds that unite us as one community. May we continue to walk together in Your love, sharing kindness, compassion, and hope with all we meet.
