District Athletics
70 students from 3 to 6 participated in the North Balwyn District Athletics Carnival last Wednesday. There were some standout results but I was also so proud at how all the students represented BPPS with their gracious sportsmanship and wholehearted support from the stands. A big congratulations to the following students who have made it to the next level 'Division'!

Badminton Tournament
Our lunch time tournament concluded last week and what a tournament it was. Students played their heart out but eventually there could only be one. Out of 40+ entries we have found a new champion duo - congratulations to Yuna and Nethnu who downed a valiant Peter and Nathan in an epic final!
PE Focus
Students in Year 5/6 have been working on their volleyball skills in a continuation of their 'Wall and Net' unit. After going through the core skills of movement, digging and setting, the students had some time to practice 1 on 1 with a partner before being playing mini 3 v 3 games against another group.
