ACS Athletics Carnival(Tamworth)

A team of 32 students represented our school at the ACS Athletics Carnival, enjoying a fantastic day of competition and achievement.

Throughout the carnival, every student gave their best effort, demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, and achieved some outstanding results across both track and field events. We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, determination and teamwork displayed by all of our competitors.

A special congratulations to Mary, Zoe, Pip, Sadie and Stella, who have qualified for the Polding Athletics Championships. Their selections include a range of individual events, with Mary, Zoe, Pip and Sadie also joining the Junior Girls Relay Team.

Todd Woodbridge Cup(Narrabri)

Well done to our Stage 2 and Stage 3 teams who recently competed in the Todd Woodbridge Cup at the Narrabri Tennis Courts.

A total of 33 players from across the two stages represented St Francis Xavier's in the competition. Our three mixed Stage 2 teams competed first, showing great enthusiasm and sportsmanship despite the cool and windy conditions. Playing a week later, our Stage 3 teams were fortunate to enjoy ideal tennis conditions and a full day of fast-paced, seven-minute rotations.

Well done to all our students for representing St Francis Xavier's so proudly and demonstrating fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship.

Congratulations to our Stage 2 Green team and two Stage 3 teams, who have progressed to the finals and secured their place in the Regional Playoffs later this term. We wish all three teams the very best for the next round!
