Dear Parents, Carers and Grandparents

We look forward to celebrating the Children's Book Council of Australia 2026 Book Week with you next week!

Please join us at our wonderful annual Book Fair in the library next Tuesday!

There will be plenty of fun activities, games and competitions for everyone to enjoy.

Our Book Fair will be open all day until 4.00pm.

If your child(ren) would like to buy some books and stationery, please send $20 cash enclosed in an envelope for them to spend.

Credit card facilities will also be available for after school purchases with your children.

Please note we will only have a small amount of petty cash on hand for your change.

We also look forward to welcoming Davina Bell, the very talented and creative

award- winning children's author next Tuesday, 25th August 10.00am in the library.

You are welcome to join your children at the incursion.

Please also remember the Dress Up Parade is also on next Friday, 28th August.

I look forward to seeing you and your children dress up as your favourite book character.

We are seeking Book Fair volunteers to assist us in the library.

The Victorian Premiers' Reading Challenge is still open!

There is still plenty of time to be part of the Challenge before it closes on Friday, 4th September.

More than 1,332,738 books have been read for this year’s Challenge – a great effort!
