2026 FRENCH POETRY RECITATION CLASS FINALISTS

Congratulations to all students who were voted as class finalists by their peers. 

This exciting event, commencing early term 3, tested students’ perseverance, organisation, self-confidence, determination, and the ability to do it all in French. 

Finalists, listed below, will compete in week 9, September 7-9, for an overall first, second and third in each level. Please note: students had to memorise the poem  in French, to be eligible for selection in the finals.

PLANNING WEEK LEVEL-FINALS, DATES: 

Gr.3-4 September 7, Session 4 in the Gallery

F-2 September 8,  Session 2 in the Gallery

Gr.5-6 September 9  Session 2 in the Gallery

Teachers attending those sessions will adjudicate on presentation and confidence, and Madame Higgins on authentic French pronunciation.

Level winners will be announced in Term 4.
