Year 10 Immunisation

The Year 10 Ballarat High School Immunisations will now be held on Thursday 11th September 2025.

Please follow the link to consent to your child having the Meningococcal Vaccine.

If you have already completed the online registration form you do not need to complete. The link will expire at 3.00pm on 1/9/2025.
