Father’s Day Breakfast | Wednesday 2 September

It was wonderful to see such a fantastic turnout of fathers, grandfathers and special father figures at our Father's Day Breakfast this morning. The event provided a valuable opportunity for families to connect and celebrate the important role fathers and male role models play in our students' lives.

A special thank you to our Murphy's Café staff for the beautiful breakfast they prepared and to the student helpers who assisted in creating a warm and welcoming morning for all.

First Communion

Last weekend marked a significant moment in the faith journey of several of our Junior School students, who celebrated the Sacrament of First Holy Communion at St Mary's Cathedral.

This special occasion is an important milestone, as students receive the Eucharist for the first time and continue to grow in their relationship with Christ.

We congratulate each of the children and thank their families, teachers and parish community for supporting them throughout their preparation.

It was a joyful celebration of faith, and we pray that this experience will continue to strengthen their spiritual journey in the years ahead.

Congratulations to the following students:

Cocktail Fundraiser and Auction

The excitement is building as our St Mary's College Fundraiser Auction is now officially live and open to our entire school community. With more than 75 incredible auction items on offer, there is something to suit every interest and budget, from unique experiences and family activities to generously donated vouchers and packages from local businesses.

Every bid placed helps support opportunities and initiatives that will directly benefit our students, making this a wonderful way for our community to come together and make a meaningful difference.

I encourage all families, friends and supporters of St Mary's College to take some time to browse the catalogue, place a bid and share the auction with others. We are incredibly grateful to the many local businesses, families and community members whose generosity has made this auction possible.

Bidding remains open until Saturday 12 September, with several exclusive items continuing into our Cocktail Fundraiser and Auction event that evening. Whether you're attending the event or participating online, every bid counts. Together, we can make this fundraiser a tremendous success for our students and our College community.

Follow the link here to explore our online auction and place your bid.

If you’d like to come along and enjoy the fun, grab your tickets on Eventbrite and join us for our Cocktail Function and Auction.
