GENETICS COMES TO LIFE! 

As part of our Year 10 General Science Genetics unit, students investigated the genetic combinations of Ma Potato and Pa Onion! 

Students explored inheritance and probability, collected genetic data, compared their results with expected outcomes, and then created their own unique and wonderfully varied vegetable offspring. 

All the new baby onions and potatoes arrived safely, with plenty of interesting traits inherited from their parents. Needless to say, Ma Potato and Pa Onion are very proud!
