VICTORIAN MATHS GAMES CHALLENGE

Last week, our students continued their work in the Victorian Maths Games Challenge, collaborating in teams to tackle complex puzzles and problem-solving challenges.

The group puzzle required students to use their understanding of indices and creatively work with the numbers 0–9 to produce six target distances. It was fantastic to see students across all year levels communicating, supporting one another and sharing their mathematical thinking as they worked towards solutions.

A special congratulations to one of our Year 7/8 teams, who achieved an impressive second place on the overall schools leaderboard!
