Year 10 Work Experience

A DEEP DIVE INTO MARINE BIOLOGY

Stephanie Edward (Year 10) completed her work experience placement with the Australian Antarctic Division, where she gained hands-on exposure to marine biology and the day-to-day work of scientific research. She learnt widely, asked thoughtful questions and came away with valuable insight into the pathways available in this fascinating field.

Hailee Marney (Year 10) helped get Murphy the dog ready for his CT scan during her work experience at North Hobart Veterinary Hospital. During her placement, she gained practical insight into clinical care and animal handling. Hailee is pictured here with Vet Mei and Nurse Abbey.
