Capital Works Update

Kildare Campus – AFL Oval Update
There has been major progress on the AFL oval at Kildare Campus over the past week. The concrete edging has now been completed, and fencing works are currently underway - with completion expected by Friday.
The footings for the light towers have been dug, inspected and poured. As per specifications, the concrete will require a 28-day curing period before the towers can be installed. The goal posts have been erected, and ground marking is scheduled to be completed this week.
Delaney Building – Toilet Upgrades
The toilet upgrade works in the Delaney building are progressing well, with approximately 70% of the project now complete. Both electrical and plumbing rough-ins have been finished. Plasterers are currently installing plaster sheets, with completion expected by the end of the week. Additionally, the new aluminium windows and doors have been successfully fitted.
Brigidine Courtyard – Building Update
We’re on the home straight with the Brigidine Courtyard works. The fascias and gutters have been replaced, and painting of the new fascias has been completed. All rotten timbers have been replaced, and the windows have been sanded and filled. The set-out for paving has been scoped and planned, with work scheduled to begin as soon as the painting is finished (approximately two weeks).
