St A's Sport Report

The St Augustine's Football side went to the Division Playoffs at Emil Reserve in Mount Eliza on the 25th of July.

We faced challenging opponents in Woodlands Primary School and St Jude's, resulting in two hard-fought losses.

Despite the outcomes, our players demonstrated remarkable spirit and determination on the field.

Match 1: St.Jude’s

The game against St Jude’s Primary was intense from the first whistle.

Our team displayed impressive teamwork and tenacity, matching the energy and skill of the St Jude’s players.

Though we ultimately fell short, our players never gave up and fought until the very end.

Match 2: Woodlands

Against Woodlands, the competition was equally as fierce. The match ended in our defeat, but our squad’s performance was filled with notable moments of bravery.

The defense put in a solid effort and the midfield worked tirelessly to create opportunities.

Looking ahead, these games provided valuable experience and highlighted areas for improvement. Despite the losses, the team's unwavering spirit and effort are something to be proud of.

Let's continue to support and encourage our players as they strive for success in future games.
