EMC – A School-Based Registered Training Organisation

EMC has been a school-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for over 20 years, offering students the unique opportunity to gain nationally recognised vocational qualifications while still at school. Following a recent comprehensive audit, EMC has been re-registered as an RTO for the next five years.

We look forward to the years ahead and to continuing to build on the strong reputation EMC has earned as a place where vocational education is taken seriously and delivered with heart.

What does being a school-based RTO mean for students?

As a school-based RTO, EMC is authorised to deliver and assess nationally accredited training on-site, meaning students don't need to travel to TAFE or external providers to access quality vocational education. Completing a VET qualification at school offers a number of real advantages:

Practical, hands-on learning 

Training is delivered in real-world environments, including our fully equipped on-site salon staffed by a qualified hairdresser, and our café program
