KABOOM SPORTS! What a wonderful event to celebrate the beginning of the 2024 Olympics! The weather was absolutely divine and thank you to all the families who attended to share in our fun filled afternoon!  Students were split into multi-age groups and were involved in a variety of fun sports activities! 

Bundjil the Eagle (also known as Bunjil)

Students have been listening to and discussing a series of Dreamtime stories over the past few weeks. One of those stories was about Bundjil the eagle.

Bundjil is the creation story of the Boon Wurrung language group of the Kulin Nations. This story, as shared by Carolyn Briggs, has been passed down through generations and inspired the students to collect a range of natural materials from the school grounds to draw and collage their very own Bundjil the eagle.
