HEALTH CAMP YEAR 11

Three of our Year 11 students recently attended the Inspiring Health Camp - a two-day experience exploring future careers in medicine, allied health, sports science, nursing, and midwifery.

Hosted by Federation University and TAFE Gippsland, the camp gave students the opportunity to experience what their future pathways may hold through hands-on activities in nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and sports science.

Students also heard from current TAFE and university students and staff about the amazing career opportunities available and what it’s really like working in the health industry.

The experience included an overnight stay in university accommodation and an inspiring schedule of activities.
