Congratulations to our May Aussie of the Month Recipients for 2026
We are proud to congratulate our Aussie of the Month award recipients for the month of May. Well done to the following students on their outstanding conduct and consistent demonstration of our School Values and Learner Qualities. They have received some wonderful comments from staff, and we can't wait to see their AOTM pins displayed proudly on their shirts and their sew-on school values badge!!
Congratulations, Spencer, Mahri and Ryan!! We are incredibly proud of your efforts to lead by example and the positive impact you are making in your classroom.

Our Reception and Y1/2 students had a wonderful time participating in Parachute Club at recess last week. There were plenty of laughs, smiles, and opportunities for active play as students worked together and enjoyed the exciting parachute activities.
A special thank you to our Student Ambassadors, who did an excellent job setting up the play station and supporting the younger students throughout the session. Their leadership and encouragement helped make the experience enjoyable for everyone involved.
We are looking forward to Parachute Club again this Thursday! If the weather is unsuitable, we will move the activities indoors to the gym so the fun can continue.

CE Student Forums – Wednesday 17/6
Week 8
Preparations are well underway for the upcoming CE Student Forums, where Lockleys North Primary School students will connect with peers from Stradbroke School, Unley Primary School, Lonsdale Heights Primary School, Kalangadoo Primary School, and Kongorong Primary School.
The ambassadors have identified two key focus areas that we will be working towards:
Inviting us to explain our thinking, not just share our answers
These goals align strongly with our commitment to developing reflective, engaged, and empowered learners who take ownership of their learning journey.
We are excited to help host at the next meeting. Our Student Ambassadors will be leading the conversation for Section 1 of the network session. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase their leadership skills, facilitate discussion, and learn alongside students from across the CE network.

Our Student Leaders are inviting all students to enter the School Disco Poster Competition!
Create a colourful and creative poster that includes the following information.
Posters are due Wednesday, 1st July.
Please give your completed poster to your class teacher. Mr Starr will collect all entries. We can't wait to see your creative designs!
