Dear Parents/Carers, Students and Friends
Year 10 Formal
We had a huge number of Year 10 students celebrate their year at the Year 10 Formal at Functions by the Bay on Friday 17 October. There was a fantastic feeling amongst all in attendance with a busy dance floor and photo booth! Thank you to Ms Hannah Martin, Ms Libby Toovey, Ms Kathleen Spaull, Ms Bianca Johnson and Ms Leah Hannas for their efforts organising and overseeing this fantastic event. Thank you to Mr Mark Quiambao, Ms Victoria Stewart and Mr Will Whitelaw for their efforts supporting the Year 10 team and all the staff who attended.

Our final two award winners!
>>Bayside People's Choice Award - Bethany Laughlin
(Year 12 Art Creative Practice, taught by Ms. Joanna Beck)
Beth received 49 votes for her incredible artwork - the intricate detail in her work is truly exceptional!
>>Burst Creativity with Purpose Award - Tamara Bozic

Tamara's 'Tusk' chocolate branding was another standout in the exhibition. As part of her award she has received a mentorship with Burst Brand Agency, owned by alumnus Lachy Coates.
Our opening night and awards were made possible due to community generosity; thank-you to all of our sponsors who helped us celebrate our student artists - Burst Brand Agency, Marshall White Real Estate, Bayside Shopping Centre (Vicinity Centres), Quest Apartments, Peninsula Camera House, JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Atelier Art Supplies, Scissor Printer, Down the Street cafe, Ivan's Pies, Etch Sparkling, and the Rotary Club of Frankston.
