Scheduling Appointments with Teaching Staff 

At St Mary’s College, we value strong communication between parents, students, and teachers to support each child’s learning journey. We encourage parents to meet with our teaching staff whenever necessary to discuss your child’s progress, well-being, or any concerns. You as parents and families are the first and continuing educators of your children. Together parents and staff of St Mary’s College have a shared purpose. In partnership we want to create an environment where your child can be supported to reach their full potential. 

To meet with a staff member, we kindly ask that appointments are made through the College Office. This process helps us schedule a suitable time for both parents and staff, ensuring minimal disruption to the school day while allowing an appropriate amount of time for a meaningful and productive conversation. Requests for impromptu meetings, particularly in the mornings, can be difficult to accommodate as teachers are busy preparing for the day and attending to students.

Throughout the day it can be difficult for teachers to accept phone calls instantly. To ensure staff can dedicate adequate time to the discussion, phone calls for staff will be managed by the Office. If unavailable, having received notification from the office, staff will return calls at a convenient time. How to Book a Meeting:

Our office team will coordinate with the relevant teachers to arrange a convenient time. We appreciate your cooperation in following this process and look forward to working together to support your child’s education.
