Japanese News

It's that time of year again for the Japan Festival, which means our annual GEC Japanese Language Education Perfect Competition! Students were challenged to earn as many points as they could in Japanese EP content. After over 120,000 questions and almost 170 hours, we are glad to announce the final results!

Congratulations to our podium winners:

1st Place = Tvisha Amin (11A)

2nd Place = Ken Mackowiak (11D)

3rd Place = Riley Yang (8F)

Our top 10 winners included students across both junior and senior schools, with a particularly impressive number of Year 7 learners this year! Thank you to everyone who participated. Special congratulations to our 1st place winner Tvisha, who received two free tickets to the Box Hill Japan Festival on Sunday 25th May, presented by one of our Japanese Language Captains, Marko Le. See photos for Tvisha and her friends' highlights at the Festival!
