Product Design Class
This term in Year 10 Product Design, students developed, designed, and produced metal-based design objects. For the first project students were assigned a client (classmate) at random, for whom they had to produce a box or container inspired by pop-culture media. The second project tasked student with creating a "book" using sheet metal as the base for their covers, students produced: Notebooks, Sketchbooks, and Photo Albums.
Year 9 Paint Excursion
In May, the Unit 3 Visual Communication Design (VCD) class visited Top Designs at the Melbourne Museum. This inspiring excursion gave students the opportunity to view some of the best folios and design solutions produced by VCD students across the state in 2025. The exhibition set high expectations and sparked ideas for how students might present their own work.
