AROUND THE COLLEGE & BEYOND

What's happening?

Saints Robotics Club Shines at FNQ QSITE Robotics Competition

Nine talented students from the Saints Robotics Club represented our school at the FNQ QSITE Robotics Competition. The event, held at Bentley Park College last month, featured three exciting categories: Sumo, Rescue Line Follower and OnStage.

Our students delivered outstanding performances across the board. Ferdi Osbourne and Hudson Odger wowed the judges in the OnStage category, taking home first prize with their creative, Batman-inspired robot and dance routine. Meanwhile, John Tram Cheneval and Cody Webster showcased their engineering and programming skills by earning joint first place in the Junior Secondary Sumo Competition.

Congratulations to all the students who participated and represented Saints Robotics with innovation, teamwork and enthusiasm.

Stacks of Fun in the Kitchen

Year 7 Food Tech students  had their first cooking lesson on Wednesday. The boys worked in pairs to make delicious pancakes, topped with maple syrup or jam, and cream. And yes, they even washed up.
