FHS Featured Artists 

Art classes have been thriving this semester, with students demonstrating creativity, dedication, and a willingness to challenge themselves. Two students in particular have stood out for their commitment and artistic growth.

Nico B in year 10 has produced an outstanding still life artwork that explored abstract art styles and techniques. Through researching and analysing the work of established abstract artists, Nico developed a unique piece that thoughtfully incorporated these influences while showcasing her own artistic voice. Her attention to detail and commitment to the creative process have been impressive.

Cooper T-Q in year 7 has been a standout art student, consistently demonstrating a strong passion for art and a distinctive personal style. His creativity is evident in both his space-themed lino print and his Shaun Tan-inspired character design. Cooper approaches each project with enthusiasm and imagination, producing work that is thoughtful, original, and full of character.
