Prayers in Pyjamas
Last Tuesday night, students, parents and staff gathered in the library to continue their journey in Faith and focus on prayer. They explored what prayer is, why and where we can pray and engaged in a variety of Prayer Stations. Through these prayer stations, students and families experienced different ways to pray including meditation, writing prayers and responding to prayer and Scripture through art.
Thank you to all of the students and families who attended and participated so fully. If you would like more information about the Prayer Stations, please email or call the school.
Spring Prayers
To celebrate the season of Spring and to create space for prayer, you might like to take some time out and pray the Seed Prayer with your family. Planting a seed and caring for it as it grows, is an active and engaging time of prayer for all the family. Every day when you water the seed or when you walk by and notice the growth, you take a minute to stop and thank God for the beautiful and generous gift of Creation that enables us to live fully flourishing lives.
Jubilee 2025- Pilgrims of Hope
As part of the celebrations for the Year of Jubilee, the Archdiocese of Melbourne has a number of Pilgrimage locations that you can visit across Melbourne. Our closest one is at St Luke’s in Lalor but there are many more that you can visit, join in prayer and participate in the Jubilee Year of Hope.
