Awards - Ray White Awards Term 3

Ray White Real Estate Benalla kindly sponsor our awards once a term and gives the lucky award winners a $25 voucher to spend locally.

This Award can be for a quiet achiever who has been working hard behind the scenes to overcome some challenge, as small as it may be.

This can be in any area of school, academic, or behavioral. It can be as simple as something small like getting to school on time, changing their reader independently, attending breakfast club even though they are nervous or detaching from their parents at drop off.

It may be an academic challenge they have overcome like learning the timetables, participating in class, or achieving math growth in a particular area of challenge.

Performing Arts Jack McK.   is a wonderful example of not a quiet achiever, because his positive energy and enthusiasm comes with volume but rather a wild card Mrs Creamer didn't see coming when he opened his mouth to sing.

Jack has demonstrated all the Learning Attitudes within his Performing Arts lessons and during his preparation in the school concert.  Jack was a risk taker when offeing to sing lead for his class act, creative with his ideas and engagement, cooperative when working with the class and the other boys who supported his vocals and finally, persistent when every note or timing of vocals wasn't perfect.  What an outstanding performance Jack achieved though hard work and resilience.

Well done to Jack for being so derserving of the Ray White Award for Performing Arts!  We are all very proud of you!
