Wellbeing & Learning Inclusion

Child Psychologist – 2027 Intake
We are pleased to continue our partnership with Bethany Carter, Child Psychologist from Growing Years Psychology, who provides support to students at St Joseph’s.
We are currently planning for our 2027 intake and invite families who may be interested in accessing Bethany’s services to get in touch. Bethany supports children with a range of social, emotional and wellbeing needs.
Families who would like to explore this support for their child are encouraged to contact Brendan French, Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader, via email to discuss the referral process and available options.

Garden Club
Garden Club is ready to get back into action for Term 4! After a little break last term, we’ll be rolling up our sleeves to tidy up the garden, clear out what’s no longer growing and get some fresh new crops planted. We’re looking forward to getting things growing again!
Wellbeing Curriculum
During Term 4, students will explore Topic 7: Gender Norms and Stereotypes and Topic 8: Positive Gender Relations as part of the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR) program. Through age-appropriate learning experiences, students will develop an understanding of fairness, respect, individual differences and positive relationships. They will explore how stereotypes can influence expectations, recognise the importance of treating others respectfully, and develop skills to build safe, inclusive and respectful relationships with others.
The Respectful Relationships program plays an important role in supporting student wellbeing and creating a positive and inclusive school community.
