Assistant Principal Report

Assistant Principal -

Mr. Mark Henderson

iCreate Outdoor Education

Outdoor Ed students are off to a cracking start on camp. We’ve had lots of team building and initiative challenges, as well as, indoor rock climbing. Today’s theme has been “how do my actions impact on others?”, which led many students to buy their lunch from local businesses instead of Maccas! Now they’re in small groups at Coles getting together the food they will cook for the whole group!

Langham Hotel Visit for Middle School Food Technology Students

The Year 9 and 10 Food Technology class visited the Langham to see how a 5 star hotel operates. The tour included the rooms and the kitchens, and we finished with an amazing meal in the restaurant.

Thanks to Ms Armstrong for organising this event.

VCAL Sports Coaching go to the Soccer

The VCAL Sports Coaching students were joined by Mr Lanarus, Ms Paget, Mr Bandara and I at the Melbourne City v Sydney FC game last Friday. It wasn’t a good night for the home team who lost 3-0, but the students had a great night to celebrate the end of the program.
