Frittata with capsicum relish by Kayla

Preserving seasonal goodness

 

In our last week of remote learning our Year 10 students have been focusing on reinforcing their knowledge of preserving.  Studies have shown that we are exploring these skills more often as we become more aware of food waste, seasonal ingredients and additives. The task was to make frittatas with a red capsicum relish, and the students have been cooking up a storm. If you would like to try this at home the recipe is attached below.
